In its fourth year, Anime LA moved to the Burbank Airport Marriott. This is by far one of the best conventions in Los Angeles with a good majority of all attendees cosplaying!

Mikomicon 2007

Mikomicon at CSUN in Northridge, CA. This is the first convention where we had a booth! It was used to promote not only AnimeConPics.com, but AnimeDates.com, CosplayWar.com and WiimindMe.com.

ChibiFest 2007

ChibiFest is a small one-day event held at the West Charleston Library in Las Vegas, NV. The venue seemed very small and oriented towards younger anime fans, even though we went back twice during the day. That's the reason for the lack of photos. :(

Anime LA 2007

At the Airtel Hotel in Van Nuys (which is literally a few miles down the road), Anime LA was ROCKIN'! We went back quite a few times since it was so close to home too! :)

Anime Tour for the Cure 2007 - Las Vegas

Unfortunately, this turned out to be sort of a flop. They weren't able to secure a permit so the planned Cosplay Parade didn't happen.

There were some decent cosplayers there and the VA panel was fun too.

Pacific Media Expo is not Anime and Manga specific, but it's sometimes hard to tell with the amount of hardcore fans that attend. With their annual CosFest, LOTS of people come dressed up!
